Tazewell, VA – Elgin Equipment Group’s Norris Screen Company announces availability of a new, user-friendly Phase 3 Pinless (P3P) screening system (patent pending). With fewer parts to assemble and disassemble, P3P is the simplest and fastest screening system you can put in your plant. With reduced installation time and less operational down time, the P3P system saves the user money!
P3P screens have diverters that direct the flow of material over the hole patterns for more efficient screening. These diverters also serve as a locking system for the dams, so a dam system can be located every 12” on the urethane panels if necessary.
The P3P screening system offers additional user benefits:
• Support steel bars are completely covered to eliminate wear
• Support system will accommodate various configurations and opening sizes.
• The support system can be installed on most all other frame designs.
The P3P screening system is now available on all new Tabor Machine Company vibrating screens. It can also be installed on other new or existing vibrating screen systems.
