Adjustable plows and full row lifters to lift and drop more coal per rpm
As coal (or other minerals) is fed into the rotary breaker, oversized pieces are lifted and dropped onto the manganese screen plates, breaking it down. Broken coal passes through holes in the manganese screen plate.
Rock and other refuse are too hard to break and remain intact. The oversized rock or refuse is removed by a scoop and discharged through the end of the rotary breaker, separating it from the clean coal.
Rotary breakers are also commonly used to process feed materials such as oil sands, alumina and aluminum dross.
